Apps & Capabilities

CloudAxis specialists work through a set of apps and capabilities—browsing, files, email, calendar, messaging, social, and content creation—that you turn on individually in Launchpad instead of granting one specialist blanket access to everything.

How capabilities work

Every specialist is built for a role, and it only gets the capabilities that role needs. A specialist that writes weekly reports doesn't need email-send access; one that triages your inbox doesn't need to touch your calendar. When Cloudia designs a team for you, it pre-selects a sensible set of capabilities per role, and you can add or remove them afterward from each specialist's own settings.

Capabilities fall into two groups:

  • Built-in — available to any specialist without connecting anything: the cloud browser, web search, the files workspace, file editing, media generation, and social post design.
  • Connected — need an account linked in Launchpad first: email, calendar, WhatsApp, social media accounts, and tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Shopify.

Connecting integrations in Launchpad

Launchpad is the app drawer where every connected integration lives.

  1. Open Launchpad from the dashboard.
  2. Find the card for the integration you want — Email, Calendar, WhatsApp, a social platform, Notion, Google Sheets, Shopify, and more.
  3. Click Connect and complete sign-in for that account.
  4. Choose which specialist(s) can use the new capability, either while Cloudia builds the team or afterward in a specialist's own settings.
  5. Set autonomy for anything the capability can do outside your workspace: Watch only, Ask me first, or Act on its own.
Actions that reach outside your workspace — sending an email, posting to social, changing a calendar event, messaging on WhatsApp — default to Ask me first. You approve with one tap from WhatsApp or the dashboard Approvals inbox; an approval you never act on simply expires instead of executing on its own.

  • Cloud Browser — browse, sign in, click, and scrape in a real cloud browser.
  • Web Search — live search results without opening a full browser session.
  • Files & Workspace — the persistent workspace where deliverables land.
  • File Editing — precise edits to files your team maintains.
  • Media Generation — AI images and video saved to the workspace.
  • Social Post Design — branded, template-based social images.
  • Code Execution — run short scripts in an isolated environment.
  • Demo Recording — scripted walkthroughs with a shareable replay.
  • Web QA — exploratory and automated checks against your site.
  • Video Notes — turn videos into notes, chapters, and flashcards.
  • Word Documents — read and edit .docx files in the workspace.
  • PDF Documents — extract text and tables from PDFs.

Connected in Launchpad:

  • Email — Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP triage and drafting.
  • Calendar — create, update, and delete events with approval.
  • WhatsApp — run summaries, files, and one-tap approvals on your phone.
  • Social Media — publish, schedule, and reply across your accounts.
  • Notion — read and update pages and databases.
  • Google Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data.
  • Shopify — store, order, and product tasks.

Plan minimums

The Free plan includes Cloudia plus one Build-Your-Own specialist and two scheduled duties, and most built-in capabilities work within that plan's monthly credits. Capabilities that reach real people — outbound email at volume, WhatsApp sends, social publishing — often need a plan above Free once you're past light, occasional use.
