Social Media

Connect your social accounts in Launchpad and a specialist can draft, schedule, and publish posts, reply to comments and direct messages, and summarize what performed well — across every platform you connect.

What it lets a specialist do

  • Draft captions and attach media for a post.
  • Schedule posts for specific days and times, or publish immediately.
  • Reply to comments or direct messages.
  • Pull a performance summary — engagement, top post — for a period you choose.

A specialist can hand off to Media Generation or Social Post Design first to produce the image or graphic a post needs, then move straight into scheduling it — the two capabilities are commonly used together in a single content duty.

How to connect accounts in Launchpad

  1. Open Launchpad and find the Social Media card for each platform you use.
  2. Sign in and authorize the connection for each account.
  3. Choose which specialist manages which account — one specialist can often run several platforms if you want a single social-manager role.
  4. Set autonomy: Ask me first holds every post or reply for approval before it goes live; Act on its own applies only to accounts and content you're comfortable auto-publishing.

Examples

  • "Schedule this post for Tuesday 10am on LinkedIn and draft a shorter version for X."
  • "Reply to the newest comment on my last post with a friendly thank-you — hold it for my approval first."
  • "Every Sunday, send me a performance summary grouped by platform for the past week."
  • "Post these 5 captions across the week on Instagram, weekdays only at 7pm."

Analytics and reporting

Beyond publishing, a specialist can pull the numbers each platform reports — likes, comments, shares, reach — and turn them into a plain-language summary rather than a raw export: which post did best this week, what topic keeps performing, where engagement dropped off. That summary can land in a workspace file, a chat message, an email, or WhatsApp, on whatever schedule you set up as a duty.

Limits, honestly

  • Each platform enforces its own moderation rules and posting limits, independent of CloudAxis.
  • Authorization can expire — if posting or reading suddenly stops working, reconnect the account in Launchpad.
  • Publishing defaults to Ask-me-first; direct publishing without review is something you turn on per account, not a default.
  • Analytics reflect whatever each platform reports through its own connection — figures can lag by a few hours before they're final.

Plan minimum: connecting accounts and drafting posts is available from the Free plan; scheduled publishing across many duties fits more comfortably on Growth or a higher plan — see Pricing.
