WhatsApp

Link your WhatsApp number in Launchpad to receive run summaries, files, and notifications from your specialists, and to approve held actions — like an email send or a calendar change — with a single tap.

What it lets a specialist do

  • Deliver a duty's result — a report, a generated image, a digest — straight to your phone.
  • Notify you when something needs attention.
  • Let you approve or decline a held action by replying with one tap instead of opening the dashboard.
  • Send and receive files or images in a WhatsApp thread when that's the delivery channel a duty uses.

How to connect in Launchpad

  1. Open Launchpad from the dashboard and find the WhatsApp card.
  2. Link your number by completing the verification step shown there.
  3. Choose which specialists or duties should deliver to WhatsApp, and whether approvals should arrive there too.
  4. Confirm your plan includes WhatsApp sending — outbound messages need a paid plan.

Examples

  • "Send today's sales summary to my WhatsApp when the duty finishes."
  • "When a new signup comes in, notify me on WhatsApp so I can approve the welcome email."
  • "Send the image you just generated straight to my WhatsApp."
  • "When I reply 'yes' to a held action on WhatsApp, go ahead and complete it."

Why approve from WhatsApp

Most CloudAxis approvals — an email about to send, a calendar change, a social post ready to publish — can reach you on WhatsApp instead of only in the dashboard. That matters for anything time-sensitive: a specialist that finds an urgent issue overnight can notify you immediately, and a one-tap reply is enough to approve or decline it, rather than waiting for you to log in. If you'd rather review everything from the dashboard Approvals inbox, you can leave WhatsApp connected for notifications only and still approve there.

What arrives on WhatsApp

Depending on how a duty is configured, WhatsApp can receive a short text summary, a file (report, export, generated image), or an approval request with accept/decline actions built in. What a specialist sends is whatever the duty is set up to deliver — nothing arrives on WhatsApp that you haven't pointed a duty or notification at.

Limits, honestly

  • Outbound WhatsApp messages need a plan above Free; the Free plan can link a number for setup but won't send messages until you upgrade.
  • Large files may be rejected by WhatsApp's own size limits regardless of your plan.
  • Ordinary business-messaging norms apply — get consent before sending anything that reads as marketing to a contact.
  • If you unlink or change your number, reconnect in Launchpad before the next duty tries to deliver there.

Plan minimum: linking your number is available on the Free plan; sending messages and files requires Growth or a higher plan — see Pricing.
