Acceptable use (summary)
- Use the Service only lawfully and in line with platform rules.
- Do not use CloudAxis to harm others, send spam, or infringe intellectual property.
- Do not upload or request illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Automations and browser use must respect third-party sites’ terms where applicable.

Report abuse or harmful content
Email legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject line beginning “Abuse report”. Include URLs, timestamps, account identifiers (if any), and a concise description of the issue. For trademark or non-copyright IP, use subject “IP report.”
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
We prohibit CSAM and take reports seriously.
- United States: You may report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
- United Kingdom: Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk) — for suspected child sexual abuse imagery online.
- Other regions: Use your national INHOPE hotline where available.
Electronic service providers in the United States must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable (including CyberTipline reporting). Suspicious prompts or uploads may trigger automated safeguards and escalation to our operator inbox.
Do not use CloudAxis to attempt to locate, solicit, advertise, groom, exploit, harass, threaten, coerce, solicit explicit imagery from minors, or otherwise harm children.
Law-enforcement requests
Legal process (subpoenas, preservation requests, warrants, mutual legal assistance) should be emailed to legal@cloudaxis.ai with “Law Enforcement” in the subject. We comply with lawful, properly scoped requests consistent with applicable U.S. law. We reserve the right to seek clarification or narrowing of overbroad requests.
Copyright — DMCA
Copyright notices must be emailed to legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject “DMCA Notice.” Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include substantially:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- Statements that you have a good faith belief of unauthorized use;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the complainant is authorized to act;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices must follow statutory requirements.
