CloudAxis (the Web OS for AI agents) is committed to a safe, lawful platform. This page explains how to report abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), copyright infringement, and how we handle law-enforcement requests. Operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC.
Reporting Abuse and Safety Issues
To report content or behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or poses safety risks (harassment, threats, illegal content, etc.):
- Email legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject “Abuse Report” or “Safety Report” and as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, user identifiers, description of issue).
- For urgent child safety or CSAM concerns, also use the in-app reporting if available or contact the appropriate authorities in your jurisdiction.
We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement or designated organizations as required by law.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for CSAM or content that sexually exploits minors. We use automated and manual processes to detect and remove such material. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.
If you encounter such content, report it immediately to legal@cloudaxis.ai and the appropriate authorities.
Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on or through the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject line “DMCA Notice” including:
- Your contact information
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.
Law Enforcement and Legal Requests
We respond to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants) from law enforcement and other authorized parties. Requests should be sent to legal@cloudaxis.ai with appropriate legal documentation.
We may preserve or disclose data as required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public.

Users can request access to or deletion of their personal data via the dashboard or by contacting privacy@cloudaxis.ai. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on data practices, retention, and your rights.
