Report abuse or harmful content

Email legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject line beginning “Abuse report”. Include URLs, timestamps, account identifiers (if any), and a concise description of the issue. For trademark or non-copyright IP, use subject “IP report.”

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

We prohibit CSAM and take reports seriously.

Electronic service providers in the United States must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable (including CyberTipline reporting). Suspicious prompts or uploads may trigger automated safeguards and escalation to our operator inbox.

Do not use CloudAxis to attempt to locate, solicit, advertise, groom, exploit, harass, threaten, coerce, solicit explicit imagery from minors, or otherwise harm children.

Law-enforcement requests

Legal process (subpoenas, preservation requests, warrants, mutual legal assistance) should be emailed to legal@cloudaxis.ai with “Law Enforcement” in the subject. We comply with lawful, properly scoped requests consistent with applicable U.S. law. We reserve the right to seek clarification or narrowing of overbroad requests.
