Calendar

Connect your calendar in Launchpad so a specialist can check your availability and create, update, or delete events on your behalf — changes default to Ask-me-first approval before anything touches your calendar.

What it lets a specialist do

  • Check your schedule to find open slots.
  • Create a new event with attendees, time, and location.
  • Move or reschedule an existing event.
  • Cancel an event.
  • Summarize an upcoming day or week.

How to connect in Launchpad

  1. Open Launchpad from the dashboard and find the Calendar card.
  2. Sign in with the account that holds your calendar.
  3. Choose which specialist(s) can see and act on this calendar.
  4. Set autonomy: Ask me first (the default) holds every create, update, or delete for your approval; Watch only lets a specialist read your schedule but never change it; Act on its own skips the hold for routine changes you've decided to trust it with.

Approvals

A proposed change arrives as an approval you can accept with one tap from WhatsApp or the dashboard Approvals inbox. Ignored approvals expire rather than sitting open indefinitely, and higher-risk changes — like canceling an event with many attendees — may ask for a typed confirmation instead of a single tap.

Examples

  • "Find a 30-minute slot next week that works for me and {name}, and propose it — don't book until I approve."
  • "Move tomorrow's 2pm meeting to Thursday at the same time and notify attendees."
  • "Give me a summary of everything on my calendar for the next 7 days."
  • "Every Monday at 7am, send me a rundown of the week's meetings grouped by project."

Combining calendar with other capabilities

Calendar is often paired with other capabilities in a single duty — a specialist checks your calendar, drafts a meeting-prep note in your workspace, and emails it to you before the call, or reads tomorrow's schedule and sends a WhatsApp reminder the night before. None of that requires the calendar connection to do more than it's meant to; it stays scoped to reading and changing events, and the rest of the work happens through whichever other capability the specialist also has.

Limits, honestly

  • Every create, update, or delete defaults to holding for your approval — booking without any review requires deliberately turning on Act on its own.
  • Recurring event edits can be ambiguous ("this one" vs. "all future ones") — a specialist will ask which you mean rather than guess.
  • Calendar access depends on the connected account staying authorized; if you revoke access from your calendar provider, reconnect it in Launchpad.
  • Time zone handling follows the connected calendar's own settings — double-check the zone on anything scheduled with people in other regions.

Plan minimum: connecting a calendar and Ask-me-first scheduling is available from the Free plan — see Pricing for higher-automation tiers.
