Share a spreadsheet with the CloudAxis service address shown in the product and your specialists can read ranges, append rows, and analyze data without manual exports.

What your specialists can do

Specialists read specific tabs or ranges, append new rows while preserving your existing columns, and turn spreadsheet data into summaries, totals, or filtered lists you can act on in chat. This works well for lead trackers, inventory sheets, KPI logs, and anything else you'd otherwise open manually to check or update.

How to connect it

1. Open the sheet you want to use and click Share.
2. Add the CloudAxis service email address shown in the product, wherever the Google Sheets connection is surfaced in your dashboard, and grant it Editor access if you want specialists to write, or Viewer if read-only is enough.
3. Ask a specialist to read the first tab and summarize it, to confirm access.

• “Open my Lead tracker sheet and add a row with name, email, source, and today's date.”
• “Read the Revenue tab and tell me month-over-month growth for each product line.”
• “Find every row in Inventory where stock is under 10 and list them in this thread.”
• “Every Monday morning, pull last week's rows from the Expenses tab, total them by category, and post the breakdown here.”

Honest limits

• The sheet must be shared with the CloudAxis service address first—an unshared sheet returns an access error, not partial results.
• Column headers need to match what you describe; if a header is renamed or reordered, a specialist may write to the wrong column.
• Very large sheets (tens of thousands of rows) are best handled with a filtered range rather than asking to "read the whole sheet."
• Formulas are read as their computed values, not as live formulas—if you need a specialist to reproduce a calculation, describe the logic in words as well.
