Meet Cloudia

Cloudia is the AI chief of staff built into every CloudAxis account — ask her for an outcome and she designs a specialist team, hands you a one-click deploy card, and refines it with you before anything goes live.

Who Cloudia is

Cloudia is not a specialist you hire — she is already present on every plan, including Free. Her job is to understand what you are trying to accomplish and translate it into a working setup: one specialist for a single task, or a small team with duties and handoffs for a recurring workflow.

What to ask her

A single outcome: “Research competitor pricing every Monday and email me a summary.”
A role you want filled: “I need someone to keep my inbox triaged.”
A vague direction: “Help me grow my newsletter.” Cloudia asks follow-up questions until the goal is concrete enough to build from.

How she designs a team

Cloudia breaks a goal into the specialists and duties needed to deliver it, choosing skills for each specialist and deciding whether steps should chain — one specialist finishing cleanly and handing off to the next. For anything beyond a single specialist, she typically proposes named roles rather than one generalist doing everything, since a narrow persona with a fixed skill set behaves more predictably.

The one-click deploy card

Once Cloudia has a plan, she presents it as a deploy card: the proposed specialist or team, each one's persona, the skills it gets, and the duty schedule if the work should repeat. Reading the card is meant to take less time than deciding whether to approve it — it is a summary, not a form to fill out.

Refining before you deploy

Nothing launches until you approve the card. Before deploying you can:

Rename a specialist or adjust its persona.
Add or remove a skill.
Change the schedule, or make a duty manual-only.
Ask Cloudia to redo the whole plan under different constraints.

Deploying the card creates the specialist or specialists and any duties in one step — they appear immediately under Team, ready to run.

Note: On the Free plan, Cloudia can deploy at most one Build-Your-Own specialist and two duties. If a plan needs more, she says so and points you to pricing instead of silently trimming the team.

Cloudia vs. a specialist

Cloudia designs and coordinates; specialists do the recurring, scoped work. You do not hire Cloudia or assign her duties the way you would a specialist — she stays available in every thread as the person you plan with, while the specialists she deploys carry the day-to-day load.
