The cloud browser lets a CloudAxis specialist visit real websites, sign in, click through multi-step flows, and scrape data — with sessions that route from your country and a live view you can watch as it works.

What it lets a specialist do

Navigate to a URL, click links and buttons, fill and submit forms, and scroll through a page like a person would.
Sign in to a site using credentials you provide, then act on the logged-in view — export data, check a status, submit a form.
Take screenshots at different screen widths to check how a page renders.
Scrape text, tables, and prices from a page and hand the result back as structured data.
Download files a site produces (a CSV export, an invoice) straight into your workspace.

How to enable it

The cloud browser is a built-in capability — it doesn't need a Launchpad connection to work on public sites. Confirm it's turned on for a specialist whose role involves browsing, since Cloudia usually enables it by default for research- or operations-focused roles.

Open the specialist's settings and confirm Cloud Browser is on.
If a task needs a login, give the specialist the credentials once. For sensitive accounts, set autonomy to Ask me first so it pauses before submitting anything.
Start the task in chat, or attach it to a scheduled duty.
Open the live session view from the dashboard to watch the browser act in real time.
Approve any hold points — like a payment step or a terms-of-service checkbox — from the Approvals inbox or WhatsApp.

Where sessions run

Cloud browser sessions route from your country, so location-sensitive pages — regional pricing, availability, localized content — show what a visitor there would actually see, rather than what a server somewhere else would get.

Limits, honestly

Sites with aggressive bot defenses — hard CAPTCHAs, strict blocking — can fail outright. Have a fallback for those.
A session takes as long as the site does; long multi-step flows can run a few minutes rather than seconds.
Destructive actions (payments, deleting records, agreeing to contracts) should stay on Ask-me-first rather than Act on its own.
