What your specialists can do

For template filling and broad find-replace operations, ask for a dry run first: the specialist shows you what would change before writing the final file. This is the same workflow you'd use to prep a contract or proposal by hand, just without the manual scroll-and-click.

Honest limits

Very large or heavily nested documents (long tables, deeply nested lists) are worth breaking into smaller edits rather than one sweeping request.
