How to connect WhatsApp to CloudAxis

You need WhatsApp linked before commands or duty summaries work. Growth plans include 100 WhatsApp sends per month — enough for daily morning scans plus on-demand runs.

1. Open app.cloudaxis.ai on your phone (install it to your home screen first — see our iPhone and Android install guide).
2. Tap Launchpad in the bottom dock.
3. Find WhatsApp under integrations and tap Connect.
4. Enter your phone number with country code and complete the verification code WhatsApp sends.
5. Open WhatsApp on the same phone. You should see a welcome message listing available commands.
6. Optional: on any specialist duty, enable WhatsApp notification on completion so summaries arrive automatically after each scheduled run.

WhatsApp commands you can send right now

Once connected, you manage scheduled duties from the same WhatsApp thread — no need to open CloudAxis unless you want to preview files.

tasks — see what is scheduled

Send the word tasks (lowercase). CloudAxis replies with a numbered list of your scheduled duties — up to ten, with a count if you have more. Example: Your scheduled tasks: 1. Daily competitor pricing scan 2. Weekly client report… Send "run <task name>" to trigger one now.

run &lt;task name&gt; — trigger a duty immediately

Send run followed by part of the duty name. Matching is case-insensitive — run competitor finds "Daily competitor pricing scan".

If one match: you get ✓ Running "Daily competitor pricing scan" now. You'll receive the result shortly. The agent starts on the cloud computer. Results arrive in WhatsApp when the duty finishes.

If multiple matches: CloudAxis lists them and asks you to be more specific — e.g. run daily competitor pricing scan.

If no match: you get a suggestion to send tasks first.

You can list and run scheduled duties with tasks and run <name>. Duties must already exist — create them in the Agents app on your phone or ask Cloudia to set one up. The run command matches duty names; be specific if you have several similar ones.

Do I need CloudAxis open for WhatsApp commands to work?

No. Duties execute on your isolated cloud computer whether your phone is on or off. Send run competitor from WhatsApp in a taxi; the agent starts on the server and replies when finished. You do not need the PWA open.
