Most AI agent platforms are built for desktop dashboards. CloudAxis is different: it installs directly to your phone like a native app — no App Store, no download queue. Your agents run on an isolated cloud computer around the clock. You check results from your phone between meetings.
This guide walks through the exact tap sequence for iPhone and Android, then shows you what to do once CloudAxis is on your home screen.
How to Install CloudAxis on iPhone
CloudAxis is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Safari treats it like a native app once you add it to your home screen. The shell switches to iPhone-style navigation with a bottom dock — the same pattern you know from iOS apps.
Enable push notifications (iOS 16.4+)
After opening CloudAxis from your home screen, a prompt may ask to allow notifications. Tap Allow. If you dismissed it earlier, open CloudAxis from the home screen icon (not Safari), go to Settings in the bottom dock, and toggle Push notifications on.
When a scheduled duty completes, you get an alert on your lock screen — same flow as any native app. No need to keep the app open.
- Open Safari (not Chrome — iOS only allows PWA install from Safari)
- Go to app.cloudaxis.ai and sign in or create a free account
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen — the square with an arrow pointing up
- Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen
- Edit the name if you want (default is "CloudAxis"), then tap Add in the top-right corner
- CloudAxis appears on your home screen with a full-screen icon. Tap it — the app opens without Safari's address bar
How to Install CloudAxis on Android
Android handles PWAs through Chrome. The install flow takes about ten seconds.
Enable push notifications on Android
When prompted, tap Allow for notifications. You can also enable them later in Android Settings → Apps → CloudAxis → Notifications.
- Open Chrome and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
- Sign in or create your free account
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen (wording varies by Chrome version)
- Confirm on the popup — CloudAxis installs with a launcher icon
- Open it from your app drawer or home screen. The bottom dock navigation appears automatically on mobile
What You Can Do Once Installed
Installing CloudAxis is step one. Here is what you actually use from your phone day to day.
Files App — browse agent output on your phone
Tap the Files icon in the bottom dock. You see the same folder tree your agents use on the cloud desktop — organized by agent and date. Tap a file to preview it: spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, Word documents. Swipe to scroll through a competitor pricing report. Tap the download icon to save a copy to your phone.
Example: your Research agent saves a Tuesday scan to ~/files/reports/competitor-prices-2026-06-18.csv. You open Files on the train, preview the price changes, and forward the CSV to a client — all before your stop.
Agents App — your team at a glance
Tap Agents (TeamBoard) in the bottom dock. You see every specialist: Research, Browser, Content, Social, and any custom agents Cloudia built for you. Each card shows active duties, last run time, and status. Tap an agent to view its duty schedule and recent output files.
You are not starting work from your phone — you are checking that work finished. Agents run on scheduled duties whether you are online or not.
WhatsApp — agents text you when duties finish
This is the fastest way to stay updated without opening any app. In CloudAxis, open the Launchpad and connect WhatsApp under integrations. Enter your phone number and complete the verification.
When a duty completes, your agent sends a WhatsApp message. It looks like this:
- CloudAxis · Research Agent
Duty complete: Daily competitor pricing scan
3 price changes detected (Acme Corp, BetaShop, GammaStore)
Full report: ~/files/reports/competitor-prices-2026-06-18.csv
Tap to open in CloudAxis →

Browser — watch agents work in picture-in-picture
Tap Browser in the bottom dock to see what your agent is doing right now — a live Chromium session on the cloud desktop. On mobile, it opens in picture-in-picture so you can watch a price scrape or form submission while switching to another app.
A Real Morning: Coffee Shop, No Laptop
Sarah runs a three-person marketing agency. She set up a Research agent with a weekday duty: every morning at 6:45am, scan five competitor websites and save a pricing summary.
At 7:02am her phone buzzes. WhatsApp message: three competitors changed prices overnight. She is in line for coffee — taps the CloudAxis home screen icon, opens Files, previews the CSV, and screenshots the key rows to paste into a client Slack channel. Total time: four minutes. She never opened her laptop.
That is the workflow CloudAxis is built for. Agents work on a persistent cloud computer with a real browser and file system. You glance at results from your phone. If you want the full mobile picture beyond install, read our guide to managing AI agents from your phone.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the App Store or Google Play to use CloudAxis on my phone?
No. CloudAxis is a Progressive Web App. You install it from Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) by adding it to your home screen. It opens fullscreen with bottom-dock navigation — no store download required.
Why does iPhone install only work in Safari?
Apple restricts "Add to Home Screen" PWA installation to Safari. Chrome and other browsers on iOS cannot install PWAs to the home screen. Use Safari for the install, then open CloudAxis from the home screen icon going forward.
Can I manage my entire AI team from my phone after installing?
Yes. Once installed, you can browse agent files, check duty status, receive WhatsApp summaries, enable push alerts, and watch live browser sessions — all from your phone. Most agency owners handle day-to-day check-ins without a laptop.
