- Open app.cloudaxis.ai on your phone or desktop and sign in
- Tap Launchpad in the bottom dock (mobile) or sidebar (desktop)
- Find WhatsApp under integrations and tap Connect
- Enter your phone number with country code and complete the verification code WhatsApp sends
- Open the agent whose duties you want alerts for — for example, your Research specialist
