Managing Your AI Agents From Your Phone: The CloudAxis Mobile Experience

Your Research agent finished its 7am competitor scan before you poured coffee. You checked the summary on the train — no laptop, no desk, just your phone.

Most AI agent platforms assume you are sitting at a desk with a laptop open. That is not how agency owners and small business founders actually work. You are between client calls, on the train, at a coffee shop — glancing at your phone, not logging into a desktop dashboard.

CloudAxis was built for that workflow. Your agents run on an isolated cloud computer around the clock — browsing, saving files, executing scheduled duties. You check in from your phone when you have thirty seconds. The work is already done.

Here is how the mobile experience works: install CloudAxis like an app, review what your agents produced, and get notified when duties finish — without opening a laptop.

Install CloudAxis on your phone (no App Store)

For step-by-step Safari and Chrome screenshots, see our guide to installing CloudAxis on iPhone or Android — add to home screen, enable push notifications, and wire WhatsApp delivery without an App Store download.

Once installed, the shell switches to iPhone-style navigation: a bottom dock with icons for your apps. Tap an icon, the view opens fullscreen. It behaves like a native app because it is one — just delivered through the browser.

iPhone (Safari)

 1. Open Safari and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
 2. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen
 3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
 4. Tap Add in the top-right corner
 5. CloudAxis appears on your home screen with a full-screen app icon — tap it to open

Android (Chrome)

 1. Open Chrome and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
 2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
 3. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app)
 4. Confirm — CloudAxis installs like a native app

What you can do once installed

Files App — browse agent output on your phone

Your agents do not just reply in a chat thread. They produce real files — spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, Word documents — saved to your cloud workspace.

Open the Files App from the bottom dock. You see a touch-native file manager: folders, file names, timestamps. Tap a file to preview it on your phone. Swipe to browse. Tap download to save a report to your device.

A competitor monitoring agent might save ~/files/reports/competitor-pricing-2026-06-17.csv every morning. You open Files App on the train, tap the CSV, scan the price changes, and you are done — thirty seconds, no laptop.

Agents App — your team, their duties, their status

The Agents App (TeamBoard) shows every specialist on your account. Research, Browser, Content, Social — each with their duty schedule and current status.

Tap an agent to see their duties: what runs daily at 7am, what runs every Friday afternoon, when the last run completed. Green checkmarks for finished duties. Timestamps for the last output. You can review, redirect, or pause a duty without touching a desktop.

WhatsApp — your agents text you when work finishes

Enable WhatsApp delivery in the Launchpad (connect your WhatsApp account once). When a duty completes, your agent sends a summary directly to your WhatsApp chat.

A typical message looks like this:

CloudAxis · Research Agent

✅ Morning competitor scan complete (7:02 AM)

3 price changes detected:
• CompetitorA: $49 → $39 (-20%)
• CompetitorB: unchanged
• CompetitorC: new tier added at $99/mo

📎 Full report: ~/files/reports/competitor-pricing-2026-06-17.csv

You see it before you get out of bed. No app to open. No dashboard to check. Your phone buzzes, you read the summary, you decide if anything needs your attention.

Push notifications and live browser on mobile

On iOS 16.4 and later, the PWA supports push notifications. When you first open the installed app, allow notifications — same permission flow as any native app. You get an alert when a duty completes, even if WhatsApp is not your preferred channel.

Need to see what an agent is doing right now? Open the agent's browser session on mobile. The live Chromium window appears in picture-in-picture — you watch the agent scroll, click, and screenshot in real time from your phone.

A real morning: managing agents from your phone

Sarah runs a three-person marketing agency. She has four CloudAxis specialists: a Research agent (daily competitor scan at 7am), a Content agent (drafts blog posts Wednesdays), a Social agent (schedules posts at 9am), and an SEO agent (weekly Search Console report Fridays).

7:08 AM — on the train. Sarah's WhatsApp buzzes. Research Agent summary: two competitor price drops, one new landing page detected. She taps the attached file path, opens Files App, previews the screenshot the agent took of the new page. Thirty seconds. She forwards the screenshot to her designer via iMessage.

9:15 AM — between client calls. Push notification: Social agent finished scheduling today's LinkedIn and Instagram posts. She opens Agents App, taps Social, confirms three posts went live. Done.

11:40 AM — coffee shop, no laptop. Her Content agent flagged a draft as ready for review. She opens Files App, taps blog-draft-q3-product-launch.docx, reads it on her phone, adds two comments in the doc editor, and marks it approved. The Publishing agent picks it up on the next duty run.

Sarah never opened a laptop before noon. Her agents ran overnight and through the morning. She checked in three times, total time under five minutes.

Why phone-first management changes the equation

The value of always-on agents only lands when checking results is effortless. If you need a laptop to see what your Research agent found at 7am, you will check less often — and miss things.

CloudAxis closes that gap. Agents accumulate files in a persistent workspace. Duties run on cron schedules. You manage the team from a phone that is already in your pocket.

That is the core mobile story: your AI team works 24/7. You check in from your phone. The files are there. The results are there. You review, approve, or redirect from anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download CloudAxis from the App Store?

No. CloudAxis is a Progressive Web App. Open app.cloudaxis.ai in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), tap Add to Home Screen, and it installs like a native app — no App Store, no download wait.

Can I manage AI agents from my iPhone without a laptop?

Yes. Once installed, you can browse agent files in the Files App, check duty status in the Agents App, receive WhatsApp summaries, and watch live browser sessions — all from your phone. Most users never need a laptop for day-to-day agent management.

How do WhatsApp notifications from AI agents work?

Connect WhatsApp in the Launchpad integrations panel. When a scheduled duty completes, the agent sends a summary message to your WhatsApp — including key findings and a file path to the full report. You read it like any other chat message.
