Most AI tools dump answers into a chat thread that disappears when you close the tab. CloudAxis agents work on an isolated cloud computer — they save real files, take screenshots, and run scheduled duties whether you are online or not. When a duty finishes, you review the output from your phone: browse folders, preview documents, download reports, and watch live browser sessions. No desk required.
Open CloudAxis on your iPhone (30 seconds, one time)
If you have not installed CloudAxis yet, do this once. After that, every agent result is one tap away.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open Safari and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
- Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add in the top-right corner
- Tap the CloudAxis icon on your home screen — it opens fullscreen with a bottom dock, same as a native app
Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
- Tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home screen (or Install app)
- Confirm — CloudAxis installs like a native app with bottom dock navigation
- For push notifications when duties complete (iOS 16.4+), tap Allow when prompted after install. See our full install guide for screenshots-level detail.
Review agent output from the Files app
This is the core workflow. Your agents save work to a persistent file system on the cloud computer — spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, markdown reports. The mobile Files app is touch-native: built for phone, not shrunk from desktop.
What you will see in Files
A Research agent might leave competitor-prices-2026-06-21.csv in ~/files/reports/. A Browser agent drops pricing screenshots into ~/files/screenshots/. A Content agent saves draft newsletters as Word or markdown files. Everything persists across runs — Monday's spreadsheet is still there on Friday.
- Tap the CloudAxis icon on your home screen
- Bottom dock → tap Files
- Browse folders your agents created — common paths include ~/files/reports/, ~/files/research/, and ~/files/screenshots/
- Tap a file to preview it inline — CSVs scroll, images zoom, PDFs page through
- Long-press or tap the download icon to save to your phone, then forward to a client or team chat
Check agent status and watch the browser on mobile
Agents app (TeamBoard)
Bottom dock → Agents. You see every specialist on your team — Research, Browser, Content, Social. Tap one to view its duty list, last-run time, and status. If the 7am scan failed, you catch it here before your first meeting. No laptop dashboard required.
Live browser in picture-in-picture
When an agent is mid-duty — logging into a distributor portal, scrolling a pricing page — open the live browser session from your phone. It runs in picture-in-picture so you can watch while replying to email. You see exactly what the agent sees, not a black-box summary.
WhatsApp summaries when duties finish
Connect WhatsApp in the Launchpad integrations panel. When a duty completes, the agent texts you a summary:
- CloudAxis · Research Agent
Duty complete: Daily competitor scan
3 price changes detected (Acme Corp, BetaShop, GammaStore)
Full report: ~/files/reports/competitor-prices-2026-06-21.csv
Tap to open in CloudAxis →
A real Tuesday: three check-ins, zero laptop time
The agents ran on the cloud computer all morning. Marcus checked in from his phone. That is the workflow — your AI team works, you glance at results. For the broader mobile picture, see managing AI agents from your phone and why persistent files beat copy-paste.
Install CloudAxis on your phone → app.cloudaxis.ai
- 6:48am — WhatsApp on his iPhone: "Competitor digest complete. 2 new posts flagged." He reads it on the lock screen.
- 8:10am — Between client calls, he taps CloudAxis → Files → ~/files/research/. Previews the digest, screenshots one paragraph, sends it to his team Slack.
- 11:30am — Push notification: Content agent duty complete. He opens Files, reviews the draft newsletter, taps approve. Total active phone time: under four minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I preview spreadsheets and PDFs on my phone without downloading?
Yes. Tap any file in the Files app to preview it inline. CSVs scroll, images zoom, and PDFs page through — no download required unless you want a local copy to forward.
Do I need to keep the CloudAxis app open for agents to finish their duties?
No. Agents run on your isolated cloud computer on their cron schedule whether your phone is on or off. When a duty completes, you get a WhatsApp message or push notification. Open the app when you want to review the full files.
How is reviewing agent files on mobile different from ChatGPT on my phone?
ChatGPT gives you text in a thread that resets. CloudAxis agents save actual files — CSVs, screenshots, reports — to a persistent workspace. You browse those files in a touch-native file manager, check duty status in the Agents app, and get WhatsApp summaries when work finishes.
