Most AI agent platforms assume you are at a desk with a MacBook open. CloudAxis assumes something different: your agents run on an isolated cloud computer around the clock, and you glance at results from your iPhone between meetings, on the train, or at a client site.
On iPhone, CloudAxis installs as a Progressive Web App — no App Store download, no TestFlight, no sideloading. Add it to your home screen once from Safari, and it behaves like a native app with bottom dock navigation, a touch-native file manager, and WhatsApp alerts when duties finish.
How to Install CloudAxis on iPhone
For screenshots-level detail on both platforms, see our iPhone and Android home screen guide. For push alerts when duties complete, follow our AI agent push notifications on iPhone walkthrough.
- Open Safari on your iPhone and go to app.cloudaxis.ai
- Sign in or create a free account
- Tap the Share icon — the square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen
- Confirm the name, then tap Add in the top-right corner
- Tap the CloudAxis icon on your home screen — it opens fullscreen with a bottom dock, same as a native app
What You Can Do Once Installed
Files App — browse agent output on touch
Tap Files in the bottom dock. You see the same folder tree your agents use on the cloud desktop — organized by agent and date. Tap a file to preview it: spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, Word documents. Swipe to scroll through a report. Tap the download icon to save a copy to your iPhone.
Example: your Research agent saves a morning scan to ~/files/reports/competitor-prices-2026-06-28.csv. You open Files on the train, preview the price changes, and AirDrop the CSV to a client — all before your stop.
Agents App — your team at a glance
Tap Agents (TeamBoard) in the bottom dock. You see every specialist: Research, Browser, Content, Social, and any custom agents Cloudia built for you. Each card shows active duties, last run time, and status. Tap an agent to view its duty schedule and recent output files.
You are not starting work from your phone — you are confirming work finished. Agents run on their cron schedule whether your iPhone is on, off, or in airplane mode.
WhatsApp — agents text you when duties finish
The fastest way to stay updated without opening any app. In CloudAxis, open the Launchpad and connect WhatsApp under integrations. Enter your phone number and complete verification. Once alerts arrive, you can also send commands to AI agents via WhatsApp — list duties, trigger runs on demand, and get replies without opening your laptop.
When a duty completes, your agent sends a WhatsApp message. It looks like this:
CloudAxis · Research Agent
✅ Morning competitor scan complete (7:02 AM)
3 price changes detected:
• CompetitorA: $49 → $39 (-20%)
• CompetitorB: unchanged
• CompetitorC: new tier added at $99/mo

Push notifications and live browser on iPhone
On iOS 16.4 and later, the installed PWA supports push notifications. When you first open CloudAxis from your home screen icon, tap Allow when prompted — same permission flow as any native app. You get a lock-screen alert when a duty completes, even if WhatsApp is not your preferred channel.
Need to see what an agent is doing right now? Tap Browser in the bottom dock. The live Chromium session appears in picture-in-picture — you watch the agent scroll a pricing page, take a screenshot, or fill a form while you reply to a client email.
A Real Morning: Three Check-Ins, Zero Laptop Time
Elena runs a four-person growth agency. She has three CloudAxis specialists with morning duties: a Research agent (daily competitor scan at 7am), a Content agent (drafts client newsletters Wednesdays), and a Social agent (schedules posts at 9am). Her MacBook stayed closed until 2pm.
7:06 AM — still in bed. WhatsApp buzzes. Research Agent summary: two competitor price drops, one new landing page detected. She reads it on the lock screen, stars the message, and goes back to sleep.
8:22 AM — on the train. She taps the CloudAxis home screen icon. Bottom dock → Files → ~/files/reports/competitor-pricing-2026-06-28.csv. Previews the spreadsheet, screenshots one row, sends it to her account manager via iMessage. Forty seconds.
9:18 AM — walking into a client meeting. Push notification: Social agent finished scheduling today's LinkedIn posts. She opens Agents App, taps Social, confirms three posts went live. Done.
Total active iPhone time before her first meeting: under three minutes. Her agents ran on the cloud computer all morning. She glanced at results while living her life.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to download CloudAxis from the App Store on iPhone?
No. CloudAxis is a Progressive Web App. Open app.cloudaxis.ai in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and it installs like a native app — no App Store, no download wait, no Apple review delays.
Can I manage AI agents from my iPhone without a Mac or laptop?
Yes. Once installed from your home screen, you can browse agent files in the Files App, check duty status in the Agents App, receive WhatsApp summaries, enable push notifications, and watch live browser sessions in picture-in-picture — all from your iPhone.
Why does CloudAxis require Safari on iPhone instead of Chrome?
Apple only allows Progressive Web App installation — Add to Home Screen with fullscreen mode and push notifications — through Safari. Chrome on iOS is a WebKit wrapper and cannot install PWAs with the same capabilities. Use Safari once to install; after that, open CloudAxis from your home screen icon.
