Content Pipeline

Content Pipeline is a CloudAxis specialist that moves one topic through three connected duties — ideate, draft, and publish — with each duty automatically handing its work to the next.

What it does

Content Pipeline runs three duties in sequence instead of one duty trying to do everything at once. An ideate duty proposes a topic and outline. A draft duty picks up that outline and writes a full draft. A publish duty finalizes the draft and closes out the cycle. Each duty reads what the previous one left behind before it starts, so you don't have to re-explain the topic in chat every time a duty runs.

Use cases

  • Weekly blog cadence — ideate on Monday, draft on Tuesday, publish on Wednesday, repeating every week without reopening the chat.
  • Newsletter pipeline — a standing topic queue where drafts stay a step ahead of your send day.
  • Launch week content — a burst of coordinated posts during a product launch, each stage picking up exactly where the last one stopped.

What to connect in Launchpad

Nothing is required. Content Pipeline works from files it keeps in your cloud desktop and needs no Launchpad connection to run. If you want the finished draft delivered to your inbox rather than left only in the workspace, connect Email in Launchpad.

Typical duties and schedule

  1. Ideate duty — runs weekly, proposes a topic and outline for the cycle.
  2. Draft duty — runs on a weekday, turns the outline into a full draft.
  3. Publish duty — runs on a weekday, finalizes the draft and marks the cycle complete.

Runs when: each duty fires on its own schedule by default (staggered across the week), and you can add a manual Run now or a webhook trigger from another tool. Duties run at most every 15 minutes even if you tighten the cadence.

If a duty finds nothing to pick up — say, the draft duty runs before an outline exists — it skips its turn and leaves a note in the workspace file instead of guessing at a topic. Check that file first if a cycle looks stalled.

Best for

Editorial calendars with a repeating structure — the same three-step shape running every week or every launch. The benefit compounds the longer the cadence repeats, since each duty already knows the format of what it's picking up.

Keep in mind

For a single one-off piece you won't repeat, hiring Content Pipeline and waiting on three staggered duties is usually slower than just asking Cloudia or a general specialist to write it in one chat. Save this specialist for cadences you intend to keep running.

Plan minimum

Content Pipeline requires a Growth plan or higher. See pricing for what's included at each tier.
