Instagram Manager
Instagram Manager runs a three-duty content pipeline for Instagram — strategy, creative, and publish — so a week of posts moves from idea to published without you managing each step by hand.
What it does
A strategy duty plans topics and a posting cadence. A creative duty turns each planned topic into a caption and creative direction. A publish duty posts using a cloud browser session — the same real browser your specialist controls for other tasks — signed into Instagram. You sign into Instagram directly in that session the first time it's needed; CloudAxis never asks for your password in chat.
Use cases
- Small business posting on a fixed weekday schedule without a dedicated social hire.
- Product tutorial series drip-fed one post per weekday from a single planned queue.
- Holiday pauses — tell it to pause publishing for a week while it keeps drafting captions in the background.
What to connect in Launchpad
No Launchpad connection is required to hire this specialist. Instead, Instagram Manager uses a cloud browser session: the first time the publish duty needs Instagram access, it opens a real browser and you sign in there, the same as signing into any site yourself.
Typical duties and schedule
- Strategy duty — plans topics and captions for the coming stretch.
- Creative duty — writes the caption and creative direction for each planned post.
- Publish duty — posts to Instagram and confirms in chat.
Runs when: staggered weekday mornings by default, adjustable in chat. Duties run at most every 15 minutes.
Publishing to a live account is treated as an external action, so it defaults to Ask-me-first approval — approve with one tap on WhatsApp or in the dashboard Approvals inbox before anything actually posts, unless you deliberately switch this duty to Act on its own.
Best for
Small teams that want one steady Instagram presence without a full-time social hire, especially when the format (tutorials, product shots, quote posts) stays consistent week to week.
Keep in mind
Instagram Manager only posts to the account you sign into during setup and only within that platform's own rules — it won't work around a policy limit or post to a network you haven't set it up for. If your Instagram access needs re-authenticating (a password change, a security check), the publish duty will pause and ask you to sign in again rather than fail silently.
Plan minimum
Instagram Manager requires a Growth plan or higher. See pricing for details.
