Troubleshooting

Start with the symptom closest to what you're seeing — most issues with a duty, a notification, an approval, or your credits trace back to one setting you can check in a minute.

A duty didn't run

  • Is it paused? Check the duty's status — a paused duty stays scheduled but won't fire until you turn it back on.
  • Are you out of credits? A duty that needs credits to run pauses if your monthly allowance and bonus credits are both used up — see credits & plans.
  • Check Runs when — open the duty and confirm its schedule, email trigger, or webhook is set up the way you expect. A duty with no trigger configured, or one waiting on manual Run now, won't fire on its own.

No notification arrived

  • Check the bell icon in the dashboard — a notification may have arrived without an alert reaching you elsewhere.
  • Check your notification settings — confirm the channels you expect are turned on for that duty or specialist.
  • Enable browser push notifications if you want an alert even when the dashboard tab isn't open.

An approval never arrived

Actions like sending an email, posting publicly, or making a calendar change default to asking you first. If you never saw the approval request:

  • Link WhatsApp so approvals reach you as a message, not just inside the dashboard.
  • Check the Approvals inbox directly — approvals waiting there don't always trigger a separate alert.
  • Remember approvals expire if left too long — if you missed the window, the action was not taken and you may need to re-trigger the duty.

An email trigger isn't firing

  • Check the sender and subject rules on the duty — an incoming email that doesn't match them won't start anything.
  • Confirm the mailbox is still connected in the Launchpad — a disconnected mailbox stops delivering triggers even when the rules are correct.

Out of credits

If both your monthly allowance and bonus credits are used up, runs that need credits pause until the next reset. You can wait for the reset, earn more through daily check-ins, milestones, and referrals (see earn free credits), or upgrade your plan for a larger monthly allowance (see pricing).

If several of these are happening across different duties at once, check whether an underlying integration or mailbox needs reconnecting before troubleshooting each duty one by one.

Still stuck?

Open support chat from the dashboard for help from a person — have the specialist or duty name ready so support can look at the right run.
