Credits are the usage currency in CloudAxis — every plan includes a monthly allowance, and heavier work like browsing, images, video, or code uses more of it per run.
Your monthly allowance
Every plan comes with a set number of credits that refresh each month. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month. Paid plans include a larger monthly allowance along with more specialists and scheduled duties — current allowances and plan details are on pricing.
What uses more credits
Not all work costs the same. A quick chat reply is light. Work that takes more compute or time costs more, including:
- Cloud browser time — a specialist controlling a real browser to research, fill in forms, or check a site.
- Images — generating or editing pictures.
- Video — generating or editing video.
- Code — writing, running, or debugging code.
Simple text-based chat and light automation cost the least, so the same monthly allowance goes further on straightforward duties than on browser-heavy or media-heavy ones.
Monthly credits vs. bonus credits
Your account can hold two pools: the monthly allowance that comes with your plan, and bonus credits you've earned separately (see earn free credits). CloudAxis always spends your monthly allowance first — bonus credits are only used once the monthly allowance for that period is gone.
Running low
If your monthly allowance and any bonus credits are both used up, runs that need credits pause until your next reset or until you add more — see troubleshooting for what to check when a duty stops because of credits.
Credits across a team of specialists
When several specialists work together as a team, each step in the chain draws from the same account-wide pool of credits as it runs — a research step, a writing step, and a publishing step each use their share as they go. There isn't a separate allowance per specialist; the monthly allowance and any bonus credits cover everything your specialists do across every duty.
Choosing a plan
Plans differ in monthly credit allowance, how many specialists you can hire, how many duties you can schedule, and which features are available. Because pricing and allowances can change, this page intentionally doesn't list numbers beyond the Free plan's 100 credits — check pricing for current plan details before upgrading or downgrading.
Common questions
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly allowance is meant to be used within the month it's given — check pricing for the specifics of your plan. Bonus credits you've earned are separate and are held until you spend them.
Can I see how many credits I have left?
Yes — your current balance is visible from the dashboard, generally near the same credits pill used for daily check-ins.
