Cloudia

Cloudia is the specialist every CloudAxis account starts with — a chief of staff that interviews you about your business, designs the rest of your team, and keeps your workflows tuned over time.

What Cloudia does

Cloudia is the entry point to your team. Describe your business, priorities, and the outcomes you want, and Cloudia proposes a set of specialists, the duties each one should run, and how work should hand off between them — one specialist's clean run triggering the next. Cloudia then produces a deploy card: a single approval step that hires every recommended specialist and wires up its starter duties at once.

Cloudia also manages your roster afterward. Ask it in chat to add a specialist, retire one, change a schedule, or explain why a duty failed, and it makes the change directly instead of sending you to hunt through settings.

Good for

  • Setting up your first AI team when you know the outcome you want but not how to structure it — for example, "I want a competitor brief every Monday and a Slack summary for my cofounder."
  • Adding a new specialist to an existing team without manually configuring duties and integrations yourself.
  • A recurring workflow review: ask Cloudia to look at the last few weeks of duty runs and suggest what to trim, merge, or reschedule.

What it needs connected

Cloudia doesn't require any Launchpad integration to start working — it plans and manages your roster using your workspace and chat. If the team it designs includes specialists that need Email, Notion, Slack, or another app, Cloudia tells you which Launchpad connections to add before those specialists can run.

Typical duties

Cloudia has no required scheduled duty out of the box; most of its work happens in chat when you ask it to plan or adjust your team. Many accounts add an optional weekly workflow review — commonly Monday morning — where Cloudia reads the past week's duty runs and reports what's working, what's failing, and what to change.

Plan

Cloudia is included on every plan, including Free — it's the specialist every account starts with.

Limits

Cloudia designs and manages your team; it doesn't do the specialized work itself. For a one-off task that won't repeat, use normal chat instead of asking Cloudia to hire a specialist.
