Security & Privacy

Your CloudAxis account gets its own private, isolated workspace, your files persist across sessions, connected integrations can be revoked at any time, and your content is not used to train third-party foundation models.

Your workspace is private

Each account works in its own isolated cloud desktop. Other CloudAxis users cannot see your files, chats, or specialists — everything a specialist creates or touches stays inside your own workspace.

Files persist across sessions

Files your specialists create, and files you upload, stay in your workspace between sessions. You don't have to re-upload or recreate them each time you come back — they're there the next time a specialist needs them, until you delete them.

Integrations you control

Connections you make in the Launchpad — email, calendar, and other apps — can be revoked whenever you want. Disconnecting an integration removes its access immediately; a specialist can no longer use it until you reconnect.

No training on your content

CloudAxis does not use your content to train third-party foundation models. Requests are sent to the hosted models that power your specialists only to generate the responses and actions you asked for.

Secrets stay masked

One-time verification codes and other sensitive secrets are automatically masked in what a specialist shows you in its output, so they don't sit in plain text in your chat history or in reports. This applies whether the code shows up because a specialist is completing a sign-in step for you or because it's reading a message that happens to contain one.

Why isolation matters

Because your workspace, files, and specialists are isolated to your account, work that a specialist does for you — drafts, research, monitored records, browser sessions — stays associated only with you. Nothing a specialist reads or produces while working on your behalf becomes visible to any other CloudAxis account.

How these protections fit together

Taken together, these are the everyday, user-facing side of security at CloudAxis: your workspace is yours alone, what your specialists build for you doesn't disappear between visits, you decide which outside tools stay connected, secrets don't leak into plain text, and your content isn't repurposed to train models outside of generating your own responses.
