What the message looks like

The message describes the proposed action in plain language — what would be sent, posted, or changed, and by which specialist — so you can decide without needing more context. High-risk actions ask for a typed confirmation code instead of a single tap; see autonomy & approvals.

Replying

You can respond two ways:

Tap a button in the message to approve or decline in one motion.
Reply with text — YES to approve, NO to decline.

Several pending at once

If more than one action is waiting for you, a plain YES or NO is ambiguous, so CloudAxis includes a short code with each message. Reply with that code to approve or decline the specific action it belongs to, rather than whichever one happens to be newest.

Decisions sync everywhere

Whatever you decide on WhatsApp shows up immediately in the dashboard's Approvals inbox too, marked as handled — and the reverse is true if you approve from the dashboard instead. There's no lag and no risk of double-approving the same action from two places.
